Ray Aquilina Installations was established in 1988. It was operated by Ray Aquilina, who was the only proprietor at the time. Over time the company established a good reputation for their quality services as well as a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Today, the company has expanded its operations and achieved even more. Their experience has also increased and along with their now growing company. Therefore, they are able to show you an impressive portfolio of their work, undertaken in the Maltese Islands. They cater for every sector in the mechanical and electrical field. RAICO had been trusted with catering for the electrical and mechanical installations at Forth Mansions. This luxury apartment complex is set in an exclusive residential area and close to he largest yacht marina in Malta.

    • APS Bank


RAICO had been assigned the task of supplying and installing of electrical and mechanical works at the APS Bank branches of Mosta, Paola, Valletta, Victoria Gozo and the data recovery centre.

    • Floodlighting at Malta International Airport

RAICO was awarded tender for the supply, installation and commissionin of floodlighting system at parts of the M.I.A. The Company, in conjunction with Abacus Lighting (which is a leader in floodlight systems) provided M.I.A with modern designs and an efficient lighting system for Apron 4.

    • Mater Dei Hospital

The Company was responsible for a number of things, namely the installation of electrical works at the temporary site office, installation paging systems and a series of preventive maintenance works, both before and after the opening of the hospital.

    • Plaza Shopping Centre – Sliema

RAICO was granted the contract for the installation of light fittings of all the common areas. The company also showed flexibility by agreeing to work in weekends and after normal working hours. This was done so as to reduce the inconvenience to the retailers and the shoppers themselves.

    • The Atrium

RAICO was in charge of electrical and mechanical installation of The Atrium’s lights and electrical equipment. The job entailed co-ordination with other trades to deliver the highest quality standard in a very tight timeline.
