Artistic Creations began operating in 2008 as a small Picture Framing and Art Commissioning business mainly by word of mouth. After 4 years we now have expanded our business and opened a shop in Zejtun with the main mission to serve in the best way possible other artists, both with the best Quality Art materials, Professional Picture and Memorabilia Framing with the best prices. This small business is owned and run by local Artist Stephen Fenech.
