Pizza, Pasta & Grills on the Sliema Seafront
Vino Veritas is a casual dining restaurant serving delicious pizza, pasta and grills on the Sliema seafront. The restaurant is located just across the road from the medieval ‘Torri’ (Tower) situated on the popular seafront promenade that stretches from St. Julians to Sliema and enjoys beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and various rugged bays.
Vino Veritas is a pleasantly decorated eatery with a very welcoming atmosphere. In the summer months, the table area is extended to the wide pavement below making it ideal for al fresco dining.
The menu includes a feast of pasta dishes. Patrons can choose from various typical Italian pasta dishes, hearty ‘Gratinati Al Forno’ (baked pasta) and their special home-made ‘Pasta Ripiena’ (stuffed fresh pasta).
If you cannot put your finger on one single dish, Vino Veritas also offers ‘Bis’ and ‘Tris’ options, which basically allows you to mix three types of dishes in one plate!
Pizza is another of the house specialities – fifteen different varieties available with a host of fresh topping ingredients. Any of the pizzas selected may also be taken ‘Calzone’ style (closed pizza). Vino Veritas also serves grilled meats such as juicy burgers, various steaks, veal, lamb and rabbit.

With Malta’s typical good weather it is possible to combine a pleasant stroll along the Sliema seafront promenade with a lunch or dinner at Vino Veritas at practically any time of the year.
